Maison des Amis opened to the Baton Rouge community on Thanksgiving Day in 1986. Since then, our staff. volunteers and Board members have worked diligently to create a place that residents can call their own home. Today, we continue the work of the past 30 years for the benefit of those who need us most.

SERVICES: In providing transitional housing for up to 46 men and women who can stay as long as they need our services, we collect rental fees from residents while grants and donations underwrite all other costs.
